Community Manager

"I am fortunate to have spent 6 years so far growing both personally and professionally with Aspen. Along the way I’ve had the pleasure to work alongside some of the best and learn from outstanding supervisors who have been fully invested in my career. It has been an amazing experience and I look forward to many more years with my Aspen family."

What Veronica Does

Community Manager

As a Community Manager, every day is met with new challenges and diverse objectives. I currently manage the transition of a tax credit property into a newly renovated and stabilized conventional community. The best part of my role is the opportunity to guide, train, and motivate my team to achieve shared goals.

Veronica's Career at Aspen

Veronica Career Path

I joined the Aspen family in 2012. I was new to the industry taking a career path change from restaurant management. A great training program and amazing peers allowed me to quickly find my passion for leasing. Aspen recognized my hard work and dedication by promoting me to Leasing Traveler. I was able to grow and pursue my passion across many different states. I was introduced to affordable housing programs and furthered my knowledge with management training. I gratefully accepted a relocation opportunity as a Tax Credit Community Manager to Virginia. Currently, I am happy to be working with an amazing team to fully renovate and stabilize one of our beautiful communities as a Conventional Community Manager in Georgia. Throughout my time with Aspen I have seen other amazing people take on new challenges and opportunities. Supervisors are great at seeing and recognizing potential, it's what makes Aspen a great family to work for.
