"Aspen Square believed in me from day one when they offered me the opportunity to manage my first Aspen Square community. With the company’s support and encouragement, I have been able to prove my ability to learn and flourish with each property assignment I have been given and I’ve seen extensive growth in my market since my career began less than 2 years ago, which proves upward mobility!"
I manage a resort-style community in Mesa, AZ where I have the opportunity to run a small business without the personal risk. I play the lead role on my team while being responsible for resident satisfaction, rent collections, achieving and maintaining high occupancy levels and maximizing rent potential.
After attending a Career Fair in Arizona, my career with Aspen started full steam ahead. I began my Aspen journey as a community manager for the newest Aspen property in Mesa, Arizona, a 140-unit tax credit property. As the property successfully was leased up and our delinquency was at 0%, I was promoted to my next property in Mesa, AZ, which was a 204 unit conventional property undergoing a full remodel. While managing this property during the full remodeling process, we achieved the highest delinquency accolades and managed excellent resident retention and occupancy standards. After just more than a year with Aspen, I was promoted to a Senior Property Manager position and took on my next property, a 314 unit conventional property in Mesa, AZ. As I continued to grow in my position and experience, the size of my properties grew as well, so soon after arriving to our largest conventional property in Arizona, I was selected to be one of 8 managers on a National Training Committee and my property became a training site for new Aspenites to train here during the start of their very own Aspen career path. The sky is the limit with great growth predicted for our company. I’m always excited to see growth of the newest Aspen employees and I’m anxious to see what my future holds.
