Rebecca's Career at Aspen

Rebecca Career Path

While attending college and working part-time, I was approached by an Aspen Square recruiter. She asked if I would like to interview for a leasing agent position at one of their local student properties. I had never thought of working in this field but was intrigued. The following week I was employed by Aspen and started learning about property management. I found myself truly enjoying this new job, leasing, marketing, building relationships with our prospects, and working side by side with some very talented individuals. This part-time job developed into an internship while I finished my last year of college. As opportunities presented themselves, I took on new roles and continued learning. After graduation I became a Property Manager for several years managing different properties in our MA and CT portfolios. I then transitioned into a District manager role overseeing MA, CT and NH. During this time training our employees was always a top priority, I was offered a position in the training department to help develop new material. This was an important year for myself as I was highly focused on the importance of our policies and how we were training our employees. Once this task was complete, I went back into my district role and then transitioned to my current role as a National Supervisor. Each position has been so fulfilling. I continue to learn each day enjoying this exciting career!
