National Start-Up Manager

As a National Start-Up Manager, I oversee new acquisitions and analyze new markets, establish strategic business plans to be successful in those markets, build and mentor talented management teams, and develop creative ideas to increase and generate revenue all while keeping the experience for our residents and employees at the forefront of all decisions. Improving lives and improving communities remains a priority every day.

Before becoming a National Manager, I was a Management Traveler working on countless start-up properties, a Talent Acquisition Specialist hiring talented employees for the company, an Online Initiatives Project Manager overseeing and executing online programs for our employees and residents, and then a District Start-Up Manager managing Aspen’s newest acquisitions alongside other outstanding leaders. I am very thankful for my path, including every good and bad experience or encounter, that has helped shape me personally and professionally.
