Apartment Maintenance Positions Available:
Maintenance Foreman for Rancho Del Sol
- Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills
- HVAC experience and EPA certification required
- Pool certification a plus
- Certification in refrigeration, electrical, plumbing a plus
- Previous property management experience
- A hands-on supervisory approach
- Four year supervisory experience preferred
