- Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills
- HVAC experience and EPA certification
- All facets of apartment repair and maintenance
- Availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance
Make-Ready Technician
- Basic drywall, plumbing, electrical
- Carpentry
- Make Ready Skills
- Availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance
All applicants must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
