Floating Carpenter

Responsibilities:

• Interior Residential Remodeling
• Countertop Fabrication and Installation
• Interior Door Hanging and Trim
• Cabinet Door Hanging
• Sheetrock
• Basic Electrical and Plumbing
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience as a carpenter with skills in drywall, woodworking, basic plumbing and electrical, interior remodeling and painting
• Ability to read and interpret blue prints to determine carpentry requirements
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Provide own hand tools
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-site and work in multiple locations in Western MA.
• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
