Position Description:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations at this 73 unit apartment community.
- Continuously provide excellent customer service and maintain positive and productive relationships with prospective and current residents.
- Tour prospective tenants and successfully meet and exceed leasing benchmarks.
- Develop and oversee the business plan for the community, including high retention rates, 0% delinquency, maintaining budgets, developing marketing plans, and much more.
- Monitor rent collections.
- Effectively communicate with maintenance team members to ensure that both management and operations are running smoothly.
- Foster a positive and teamwork-centered environment.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years proven track record in sales, marketing, and/or management (property management experience a plus)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation to and from work, and ability to go off-site.
