We are looking to immediately hire:

  • Assistant Community Manager
  • Leasing & Marketing Consultant

AVAILABLE POSITIONS:

  • Assistant Community Manager
    • Achieving maximum occupancy
    • Minimizing delinquencies and collecting 100% rent each month
    • Motivating and supporting associates to meet and exceed the goals
    • Developing and implementing creative and extensive marketing campaigns
    • Strategizing and executing successful resident retention strategies
    • Performing administrative tasks necessary to support all aspects of the office
    • Promoting opportunities within the company and assisting in building the team
  • Leasing & Marketing Consultant
    • Ability to sell & close the deal
    • Outgoing, upbeat, bubbly personality
    • Able to multitask effectively and problem solve
    • Driven, able to meet and exceed goals (we give you the training and tools you need to succeed, you bring the drive you need to excel in your role!)
    • 1-3 years' experience in sales: retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc

No property management experience? We also bring on hospitality experts, retail gurus, food industry rockstars, and sales people! We will train the right candidate for the role as long as you possess the outgoing, goal-driven, go-getter personality!
