Position Details:

Maintenance Techs

Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills
HVAC experience and EPA certification required
All facets of apartment make ready

All applicants must have their own tools, a valid license and reliable transportation. Maintenance Tech positions must have a flexible schedule to include rotation of emergency call.
