Responsibilities

• Handle the leasing process from start to finish! Follow up with interested applicants, tour prospects around the community, process applications, explain lease terms, and coordinate moveins
• Work toward achieving both independent and team goals on daily basis
• Complete administrative tasks, including but not limited to processing applications, leasing paperwork, processing renewals and collecting rent
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service when answering phones, emails and additional inquiries about the community.
• Be creative! Develop and implement new marketing strategies using social media, community outreach and resident events.

Our Ideal Candidate is Someone Who:

• Excels in customer service by being professional, personable and driven
• Great organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Experienced in general sales (preferred but not required)
• Has a “whatever it takes” attitude in the workplace and be a team player!
• Working at a Tax Credit community is a bonus, but not a requirement!

Don’t have experience as a Leasing or Marketing Consultant? Don’t worry! Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants and more are all easily transferrable to this role!
