Aspen Square Management is now accepting applications for a Customer Service Receptionist to join the office team at Legacy at West Cobb in Marietta, GA. Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist visitors and residents in a professional and friendly manner.
- Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the reception area.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain an organized filing system for property-related documents.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing email correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for property managers or leasing agents.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and report generation as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in administrative field
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- High level of aptitude in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to re-prioritize, as needed, in a fast-paced environment
- Research and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a commitment to teamwork
