Aspen Square Management is one of the nation's largest privately held real estate investment and property management firms in the US. Aspen Square Management is now accepting applications for a Customer Service Receptionist to join the office team at Legacy at West Cobb in Marietta, GA. Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Greet and assist visitors and residents in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the reception area.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain an organized filing system for property-related documents.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing email correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for property managers or leasing agents.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and report generation as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in administrative field
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of aptitude in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to re-prioritize, as needed, in a fast-paced environment
  • Research and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a commitment to teamwork
