Responsibilities Include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC system issues
• Customer service
• All facets of apartment make-ready & maintenance including electrical and plumbing
• Light carpentry skills
• Completing service request
• Grounds maintenance

Requirements:

• EPA certification
• Willingness to respond quickly to emergencies
• Own tools & transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Apartment make-ready & work-order experience a plus
