Aspen Square Management is now accepting applications for an Resident Services Coordinator to join the office team at Reserve at Monroe in Monroe, OH. This is a full-time position, which offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits, including health, dental, vision, flexible spending, and 401k with company match.

Essential Department Functions: The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for creating a friendly and functional environment for everyone who lives at the community. In this roll you will be the first friendly face residents interact with and you will oversee the leasing process from start to finish.

Duties and Responsibilities: The primary duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following as additional duties may be assigned:

  • Help prospects find their new home by taking them through the leasing process from start to finish. You are responsible for giving a memorable tour experience, closing the deal, processing the application paperwork, discussing lease details, and assisting on move in day.
  • Responding to resident needs & coordinating service requests that involves, tracking and proactively following up on service request concerns.
  • Interact with residents in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the leasing and maintenance departments including but not limited to, Microsoft Office functions, scanning, copying, & filing, complying with proper notices for maintenance functions
  • Facilitate database entry, organization, and other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in a sales and/or administrative field
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to re-prioritize, as needed, in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a commitment to teamwork
