HVAC Maintenance Techs

• Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills
• HVAC experience and EPA certification
• All facets of apartment repair and maintenance
• Availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance

Make-Ready Technicians

• Basic drywall, plumbing, electrical
• Carpentry
• Make Ready Skills
• Availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance

Porters

• Grounds keeping with vendor assistance
• Proactive approach to maintaining property and initiative to resolve issues
• Miscellenous maintenance activities
