• Community Manager 
  • Ability to "run the show" and the daily operations of the apartment community 
  • Organized, driven and friendly personality
  • Capacity to collect rent and multitask
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills 
  • Management experience required 
  • Promoting opportunities within the company and building your team
• Leasing & Marketing Associates
  • Ability to sell & close the deal
  • Outgoing, upbeat, bubbly personality
  • 1-3 years' experience in sales: retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.
