Applicants must have general knowledge in a variety of skilled trades including elements of construction/installation, uses, repair, and maintenance.

Requirements:

• HVAC or EPA Certification
• Basic drywall
• Punch skills
• Basic Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Basic Electrical
• Appliance Repair Knowledge
• Apartment Service Request Experience preferred
• Must have own tools and transportation.
• Must be available for flexible schedule to include emergency on-call rotation
• Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which may include the following:
  • Walking or standing for extended periods of time
  • Operating assigned equipment and vehicles
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
