Job Summary:

The Community Manager is responsible for motivating and leading the team to success, all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and lease renewals, including generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in procedures in accordance with the company's and the community's established policies and procedures.  You will be responsible for collecting rent each month and enforcing the rules and regulations of the lease contract.  This position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal, and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.

The Community Manager will provide high quality resident service and work together with the Maintenance Supervisor to help the property achieve its highest potential.  You will work together for the purpose of maximizing cash flow all while keeping in line with your budget.

We are looking for someone with: 

  • 3+ years proven track record in sales and marketing (property management experience a plus but not required)
  • 3+ years management experience including supervising a team
  • A friendly, outgoing personality
  • The ability to lead and motivate others
  • The ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
