The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Southwest Florida teams to develop and execute marketing plans. The position is responsible for all advertising, marketing and social media efforts to drive traffic to our apartment communities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create and implement new and innovative ways to market and increase prospective resident traffic (for example business-to-business, online marketing, housing fairs, etc.)
  • Offer top-notch hospitality and customer service for both current and prospective residents
  • Assist in training on-site teams on creative marketing strategies
  • Understand, analyze and coach on how to track the outreach impact on occupancy at each community
  • Keep and maintain competitor studies for each community
  • Provide prospective residents with a great touring experience
  • Work both as a team and independently in and out of the office (Position will require time spent off-site developing relationships with local business)

We are looking for someone with:  

  • 3-5 years proven track record in sales, marketing and/or management (property management experience a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • A friendly, outgoing personality
  • Proven results in a marketing role
  • Ability to thrive in a team oriented, fast-paced environment
