Aspen Square Management is now hiring a Community Manager to help lead the teams in Western Mass. The Community Manager is responsible for motivating and leading the team to success, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation and completing move-in procedures in accordance with the company's and the community's established policies and procedures. You will be responsible for collecting rent each month and enforcing the rules and regulations of the lease contract. You will also be responsible for complying with all state, federal and local laws relating to Fair Housing.
In this role, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service for our current and prospective residents and work together with the Maintenance Supervisor to help the property meet and exceed goals. You will work together for the purpose of maximizing cash flow while keeping in line with your budget.
