Laborer

Aspen Square Management, one of the nation's largest privately held real estate investment and property management firms with a fifty year track record of success in the multi-family industry is seeking a hard-working, team player to join us in West Springfield in the role of a general laborer.  We are moving our home office from West Springfield to Agawam and are looking for laborers to help us move out! 

Responsibilities Include:

• Removale and demolition of items to be replaced such as tables, filing cabinets, ect. 
• Grounds maintenance 
• Other duties as assigned

Benefits Include:

• $17/hr

Applicants must have basic hand tools and reliable transportation.
