We are known for fully rehabbing and repositioning properties and are seeking team members.

• 9 am - 11 am 
• Market 1900 Apartments located at 1900 South Brookstone Village Dr. in Independence, MO.

• Maintenance Techs

• Make Ready Techs
• Groundskeepers

All applicants must have their own tools and transportation. Maintenance Tech positions must have a flexible schedule to include rotation of emergency call.
