Open Interview Details:

• Monday May 16th - Friday May 20th
• 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
• The Reserve at Monroe Crossings: 801 Cold Water Drive, Monroe OH 45050 

• Maintenance Technician

Position Details: 

• Complete work orders as assigned
• Provide routine maintenance to HVAC systems including repairs and preventative maintenance, EPA certification required 
• Basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge 
• Apartment make readies and turns
• Work closely with maintenance and office team to ensure property is running smoothly
• Maintain property curb appeal
• Provide excellent customer service to residents

All applicants must have their own tools and transportation. Maintenance Tech positions must have a flexible schedule to include rotation of emergency call.
