Aspen Square Management is seeking a Property Manager with a successful background in management to lead one of our on-site teams in Western Mass.

We look for individuals with a proven background/track record of success in independent leadership to run our properties as if they are their own assets. Cultivating a positive team atmosphere, maximizing rent increases, creating marketing plans, and managing the cash flow and budgets all are part of this multi-faceted management role. Position Requirements:

  • 3+ years management experience to include supervising a team (property management experience not required, related experience transferable)
  • Business savvy, able to manage daily operations at the property as if it were your own small business
  • Experience working in sales, marketing, and customer service
  • Work with Maintenance counterpart to meet and exceed property budget goals
  • Ability to mentor and lead a team
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is accepted
