About the Role

The Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist will become a full and active member of a team charged with identifying, pursuing, and analyzing any and all potential multi-family housing assets (typically ranging from 100- 500 apartment units) coast-to-coast. Responsibilities include:

  • “Bird dog” and generate leads for potential sellers in the multi-family housing space
  • Invest significant time each week to cold-calling potential sellers to discuss buying their properties
  • Source acquisition opportunities
  • Learn how to evaluate potential acquisitions and eventually travel on a national basis to appraise deals


  • Only self-starters motivated by a drive to work their way up and their passion for real estate should apply
  • Must also be gritty, driven, determined and persistent
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and growth mind-set
  • Experience in business, real estate, finance or related field preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or a related field of study
  • Exceptional communication skills and strong phone skills with demonstrated ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel by plane overnight on occasion
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a successful real estate team
  • Desire to grow professionally and move-up move up
