We are currently seeking a Leasing & Marketing Associate at The Lexington at Winter Park Apartments in Winter Park, FL.  If you are personable, professional, upbeat, driven, and sales-oriented we would love to hear from you.  We provide an excellent on-site training program as well as continued opportunities for development.  We will train you on the skills you will need to succeed in the position, so prior property management experience is not required.

As our Leasing & Marketing Associate, you will be expected to excel at:

• Selling! Selling! Selling the property to prospective residents
• Implementing new and innovative ways to market and increase prospective resident traffic
• Providing prospective residents with one-of-a-kind, highly detailed and customized touring experiences
• Offering legendary customer service
• Closing the deal and completing all necessary tasks, paperwork and administrative duties
