Aspen Square Management is now seeking a "Jack-of-all-Trades" Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sugarloaf Estates in Sunderland, MA.  This position offers an excellent work environment, competitive pay, and top-notch benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k matching, paid vacation/holidays, employee discounts, and more!).

Applicants must have general knowledge in a variety of skilled trades including elements of construction/installation, uses, repair, and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Basic drywall
• Punch skills
• Basic Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Basic Electrical
• Appliance Repair Knowledge
• Apartment Service Request Experience preferred
• EPA Certification preferred
• Experience with AC preventative maintenance and repairs preferred
• Must have own tools and transportation.
• Must be available for flexible schedule to include emergency on-call rotation
