Requirements:

• HVAC or EPA Certification/hands-on experience with AC preventative maintenance and repair 
• Basic drywall
• Punch skills
• Basic plumbing
• Carpentry
• Basic electrical
• Appliance repair knowledge
• Apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Must have own tools and transportation and valid driver's license
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include emergency on-call rotation
