Cleaner

Aspen Square Management, one of the nation's largest privately held real estate investment and property management firms with a 60-year track record of success in the multi-family housing industry, seeks a Full-Time Cleaner to join the team at Emory Lakes in Topeka, KS.

Applicants must have housekeeping experience. General responsibilities include:

• Up-keep and cleaning of communal areas including apartment lobbies, business center, fitness center, common rooms, and bathrooms
• Routine cleaning of the Leasing Office
• Support the cleaning and preparation of apartments to prepare for new residents

This is a full-time position with a weekly schedule of 8:00am-5:00pm.
