You are our ideal candidate if you have natural leadership abilities, team management experience in hospitality, retail, restaurant, customer service, or sales, excellent organizational skills, and a drive for success.  Although Property Management experience is welcome, we do not require it!  We offer an excellent training program, and we will train you!

Specific Responsibilities: 

  • Lead your team of sales/leasing associates to drive traffic and secure leases
  • Market the community to prospective residents
  • Work closely with prospective residents from initial lead inquiry through move-in
  • Create and implement a comprehensive marketing campaign
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our residents
  • Implement resident retention initiatives including planning and coordinating resident events
  • Collect rent and enforce lease rules and regulations
  • Collaborate with maintenance foreman to achieve community goals
  • Create an annual budget aimed at maximizing cash flow
  • Promote opportunities in the company and assist in building the teams

We Are Looking For Someone With: 

  • 3-5 years proven success in sales, marketing, and management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is preferred
  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Ability to lead and motivate others
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
