Aspen Square Management, one of the nation's largest privately held real estate investment and property management firms, is seeking a hands-on Junior District Maintenance Manager to join our team in Orlando. With a sixty year track record of success rehabbing and repositioning distressed apartment communities, Aspen is financially sound and positioned for growth. Join our Operations Management Division and work throughout Orlando overseeing a portfolio of apartment communities hand-in-hand with our current District Manager.  This position offers a fast-paced, challenging environment with exciting opportunities for growth and significant professional and financial rewards.

Aspen Square Management owns and manages a billion dollar portfolio and adds new acquisitions frequently. We seek out and acquire mismanaged or distressed communities in a range of approximately 125 - 500 units. Currently, we operate in 16 states including Florida, North and South Carolina, Georgia and Arizona. Our acquisition team continues to blanket the country to find ideal assets to continue to build our portfolio.

The Jr. District Manager will assist in oversight of a portfolio of properties and their respective on-site teams responsible for the turn, readying and renovation (when necessary) of all vacant apartments; routine and preventative maintenance of all apartments; maintenance and repair of all common areas (leasing offices, club houses, internet cafés, fitness centers, sports courts/field, playgrounds), roofs, HVAC systems, grounds/curb appeal; special projects; and, budget control.

The Jr. District Manager will work as part of a team and will maintain the Orlando portfolio with our current district manager. This position is based out of Orlando and requires daily travel around the area.   • Minimum three years’ experience working in apartment maintenance/operations. Experience in related field will also be considered.
  • Proven track record managing projects, budgets & teams
  • Flexibility to travel within the Orlando area
