Aspen Square Management, one of the nation's most successful privately held real estate investment & property management firms, is seeking a Traveling Community Manager to troubleshoot nationally in our diverse portfolio consisting of student, conventional and affordable housing communities.

Responsibilities Include: 

As a Traveling Community Manager, you will travel to properties in our national, diverse portfolio from California to New England and everywhere in between!  You will have the opportunity to take charge by leading the repositioning, rebranding and lease-up efforts at our new acquisitions by implementing your aggressive marketing ideas and strategies.  You will be responsible for managing daily operations of properties and performing duties including aggressive rent collections, managing delinquencies, pushing rent growth and addressing resident concerns.  You will also play a key role in developing our onsite teams by being involved in the recruiting and training of new management & leasing professionals. 

Requirements include: 

  • Extensive travel year-round in the U.S. on a rotation schedule in a 14-day cycle (11 days out on the location assignment with one day off followed by 3 days off at home base) 
  • Minimum 3-5 years managerial responsibilities or in a management position (property management, hospitality, retail or restaurant management)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred 
  • Flexible, outgoing, authentic and confident personality 
  • Ability to thrive in an informal, yet fast-paced environment
