Responsibilities Include:

As a Traveling Community Manager or Traveling Leasing and Marketing Associate, you will travel to properties in our national, diverse portfolio from California to New England and everywhere in between! Take charge by leading the repositioning, rebranding, and lease-up efforts at our new acquisitions by implementing your aggressive marketing ideas and strategies. You will be responsible for managing daily operations of properties and performing duties as assigned by your supervisor including leasing, aggressive rent collections, managing delinquencies, pushing rent growth and addressing resident concerns. Managing long-term stable assets, in addition to helping stabilize newly purchased acquisitions will be an important part of the position. Another important aspect will be managing the marketing plan and techniques used in each specific market. You will also play a key role in developing the property by being involved in the recruiting and training of new management & leasing professionals.

Requirements Include:

  • Extensive travel in the continental U.S. on a 14-day, year-round rotational schedule (11 days out on the location assignment with one day off, then fly home for 3 days off at home base)
  • Minimum 3-5 years management experience including supervising a mid-size team (property management, hospitality, retail or restaurant management experience preferred!)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Flexible, outgoing, authentic and confident personality
  • Ability to thrive in an informal, yet fast-paced environment
