Job Summary:

The Community Manager of Dunlap Falls will be responsible for motivating and leading the leasing team to success, as well as being responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals, generating traffic, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation and completing move-in procedures in accordance with the company's and the community's established policies and procedures.  The Community Manager will be responsible for collecting rent each month and enforcing the rules and regulations of lease contracts.  You will also be responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.

The Manager will provide high-quality resident service and work together with the Maintenance Supervisor to help the property achieve its highest potential.  You will work together for the purpose of maximizing cash flow all while falling in line with your budget.

We are looking for someone with: 

  • 3-5 years' experience in a management role (property management experience a plus but not required)
  • 3-5 years' experience in sales and marketing
  • A friendly, outgoing personality
  • The ability to lead and motivate others effectively
  • The ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
