Responsibilities Include:

• Troubleshooting HVAC
• Completing service requests
• All facets of apartment make-ready & maintenance
• Grounds maintenance
• Providing excellent customer service 

Requirements:

• Experience working on all types of HVAC systems
• HVAC Certification
• Light carpentry, plumbing & electrical skills 
• Availability to respond quickly to emergencies 
• Able to provide own tools & transportation 
• Strong communication skills 
• Experience in multifamily housing a plus
