Aspen Square Management, one of the nation's largest privately held real estate investment and property management firms with a $2 Billion portfolio is seeking an Assistant Regional Construction Supervisor to join our team on the West Coast. With a sixty-year track record of success rehabbing and repositioning distressed apartment communities, Aspen is financially sound and positioned for growth. Join our Operations Management Division and work nationally throughout the US overseeing a portfolio of apartment communities. Join the start-up construction division and oversee the multiple projects and employees working toward a common goal. We seek out and acquire mismanaged or distressed communities in a range of approximately 125 - 500 units. Our acquisition team continues to blanket the country to find ideal assets to continue to build our portfolio. This opportunity will require extensive, weekly and as needed travel (all expenses paid) as the portfolio changes and shifts both with project completion and with the purchase new acquisitions.

The Assistant Regional Construction Supervisor will oversee a portfolio of properties and all facets of construction rehab including rehabilitation of new acquisitions, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, planning, construction and buildout of all common areas (leasing offices, club houses, internet cafés, fitness centers, sports courts/field, playgrounds), roofs, HVAC systems, grounds/curb appeal; readying and renovation (when necessary), special projects and budget control.

The Assistant Regional Construction Supervisor will work as part of a team of operations managers and will maintain his or her own portfolio. We believe in a hands-on approach and a “whatever it takes” mentality.


  • Minimum five years’ experience working in apartment maintenance/housing/operations.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related degree program
  • Proven track record managing projects, budgets and teams
  • Flexibility to travel extensively (and be excited about it!)
  • Hands on experience working in the trades
  • Keen eye for the bottom link and ability to manage multiple projects
