We are seeking a Community Manager who wants to truly love their job and make a difference in their residents' living experience!
The Community Manager is responsible for motivating and leading a team to success, all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and lease renewals, including generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation and completing move-in procedures in accordance with the company's and the community's established policies and procedures. The Community Manager will be responsible for collecting rent each month and enforcing the rules and regulations of lease contracts. You will also be responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.
The Manager will provide high-quality resident service and work together with the Maintenance Supervisor to help the property achieve its highest potential. You will work together for the purpose of maximizing cash flow all while falling in line with your budget.
