We are now seeking a Community Manager to lead the team at Parc 17 in Las Vegas!
The Community Manager is responsible for motivating and leading your team to success, all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and lease renewals, including generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation and completing move-in procedures in accordance with the company's and the community's established policies and procedures. You will be responsible for collecting rent each month and enforcing the rules and regulations of the lease contract. This position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.
The Community Manager will provide high-quality resident service and work together with the Maintenance Supervisor to help the property achieve its highest potential. You will work together for the purpose of maximizing cash flow all while falling in line with your budget.
