We are seeking applicants who want to learn everything there is to know about property maintenance and operations. Candidates looking for a long-term growth opportunity and room for advancement should seriously consider this position.

In this position, you will help make-ready apartments, maintain the grounds and apartment community as needed. Start with us as make-ready tech and we’ll train you to move up within the company.
Ideal candidates will have some general knowledge in a variety of skilled trades including elements of construction/installation, repair and maintenance, drywall, basic carpentry, make-ready, etc. HVAC experience a plus.
