I oversee the daily operations of multi-million dollar renovations over a small portfolio of properties. I manage teams of motivated, talented and strategic individuals who maintain the overall functionality of our apartments, and keep our communities beautiful.
I started my career with Aspen in 1999 as a traveling carpenter. I was promoted to an assistant foreman in just a couple of years. By 2003, I was running my own properties. Aspen recognized my abilities and I was offered the position of Traveling Start-up Foreman in 2004. I loved traveling and working with such an innovator in the apartment industry. I knew this was the company for me and with a positive attitude and work ethic, they trusted me to become a District Operations Supervisor in 2016. I love this new opportunity to further my career with a company that has always taken care of their employees that take care of them.
