Management Training Program

Investing in people is just one way we invest in our future. That’s why we created the Management Training Program. Whether you’re a new college graduate, a leasing consultant for another property management company, or a seasoned professional with transferable skills, the Management Training Program may be for you. Here’s how it works:

The Training Program runs for 3-18 months. During that time, Trainees are paired with experienced managers and leasing teams from throughout the country for three weeks at a time. Trainees learn, in a hands-on and experiential way, the ins-and-outs of the property management industry – the Aspen Way! In addition to the on-site training and mentoring from our proven managers and leasing consultants, Trainees also participate in a formal training session at the Corporate Offices in Massachusetts. At the end of the Training Program, graduates may follow one of several career paths within the company.
