Benefits of Being an Aspen Preferred Partner (APP)

• We will pay a referral bonus for every apartment that you refer that moves in to any Aspen Community. Check with your supervisor to determine the amount of the referral. The money can be paid to the business or an employee of the business.
• We offer a rent discount to all of our Preferred Partner Employees. $250 off first month’s rent in addition to any current specials.
• The ability to provide coupons, menus, or a write up of your business that goes out to all current residents and all new move-ins.
• The option of your business to host or sponsor a resident event or activity in which your business will be promoted.
