  Early Bird gets the worm!

  Pay your rent on or before the 1st, and be entered into our EARLY BIRD contest to receive $25 off your rent! Any payments we receive before the 1st will automatically be entered, and if YOU are the lucky winner, our office will notify you!

  Remember: Our $50.00 late fee is effective the 4th of each month, with an additional $5.00 each date thereafter that rent is late. So just remember "The early bird gets the worm!!"
