Reporting directly to the District Operations Manager, the Maintenance Foreman is responsible for:
· Customer Service
· All facets of apartment make ready
· Completing service requests
· Carrying the pager and responding to emergency call
· Trouble shooting HVAC
· Working closely with the property manager to provide a stellar community for our residents
· Grounds maintenance (with vendor assistance)
Job Requirements:
· HVAC experience and EPA certification
· Light carpentry, plumbing, & basic electrical skills
· Willingness to carry the pager for emergency call
· Own tools & transportation
· Strong communication & organizational skills
· Supervisor experience
· Student housing experience of 400+ units preferred
