Large property management company is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as Leasing Consultant at our newly acquired property in Prescott Valley!  Our company has long been recognized as an organization where initiative, collaboration and the entrepreneurial spirit have thrived.  If you have great people skills, the ability to sell and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this position may be for you!

The Leasing Consultant is the first point of contact when a prospective resident contacts us by phone, email or in person.  Responsibilities include:

  • Making a positive first impression with all prospective residents & community members
  • Giving tours of our community to prospective residents
  • Working closely with prospects from initial inquiry to lease signing
  • Developing creative marketing strategies to generate traffic in the leasing office
  • Marketing our community to businesses, schools and organizations in the area
  • Actively participating as a member of a team charged with attracting and retaining residents
  • Performing some administrative duties

Requirements

Personality for the Leasing Consultant is key!  The ideal candidate will be a high energy, outgoing, customer service-oriented and have the ability to sell.  A professional appearance and demeanor is essential.   A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing and/or customer service is preferred.  This position is ideal for candidates with retail sales, hospitality or admissions experience.  We are willing to train those with transferable skills.  Flexible schedule.
