The Leasing & Marketing Consultant is the first point of contact when a prospective resident contacts us by phone, email or in person.  Responsibilities include:

• Making a positive first impression with all prospective residents & community members
• Giving tours of our premier Lawrence community to prospective residents
• Working closely with prospects from initial inquiry to lease signing
• Developing creative marketing strategies to generate traffic in the leasing office,
• Marketing our community to area universities businesses, and organizations
• Actively participating as a member of a team charged with attracting and retaining residents
• Performing some administrative duties

Personality for the Leasing & Marketing Consultant is key!  The ideal candidate will be a high energy, outgoing, customer service-oriented and have the ability to sell.  A professional appearance and demeanor is essential.   A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing and/or customer service is preferred.  This position is ideal for candidates with retail sales, hospitality or admissions experience.  We are willing to train those with transferable skills.

This position offers a competitive hourly salary plus commission on leases!
