We are seeking a superstar closer to join our team at our 168 community in Waco.
Responsibilities include:
- Touring prospective residents & showcasing our community
- Creating & implementing marketing strategies to generate traffic
- Marketing the community to local businesses, universities & residents
- Assisting in planning & coordinating resident retention activities & events

Requirements
Property management experience is highly desirable, but we will train the right individual. Candidates with backgrounds in banking, hospitality, restaurant, or retail, along with communications or marketing graduates, are encouraged to apply.
