As a Leasing Consultant you will be the first point of contact for anyone calling, visiting or emailing the property and really set the tone for the image of our company and our community. The primary role of the leasing consultant is to tour, market, and showcase our apartment homes and to execute leases! We have a large portfolio of premier apartment communities in the Austin area offering ample room for growth while earning top pay plus commission.

Responsibilities include:

• Making a positive first impression with all prospective residents & community members
• Giving tours of our newly renovated student communities to prospective residents
• Working closely with prospects from initial inquiry to lease signing
• Developing creative marketing strategies to generate traffic in the leasing office
• Marketing our community to businesses, schools and organizations in the area
• Actively participating as a member of a team charged with attracting and retaining residents
• Performing some administrative duties
• Providing legendary customer service

Personality for the Leasing Consultant is key! The ideal candidate will be a high energy, outgoing, customer service professional and possess excellent sales skills.  A professional appearance and demeanor is essential.   A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred. This position is ideal for new college graduates with retail sales, hospitality or admissions experience. We are willing to train those with transferable skills.
