Come be apart of a well established 164 unit community in Duluth. The Assistant Community Manager will be responsible for collecting and community relations activities to ensure that the overall property financial objectives are met.

Description

Large real estate investment and property management firm with a solid track record in this industry is seeking a talented individual to join our team at our beautiful apartment community in Duluth.  This candidate will help lead the on-site management and leasing efforts by assisting the property manager.

The Assistant Property Manager helps ensure the property meets its occupancy and collection goals.  The successful candidate will possess top notch interpersonal skills, a strong sales acumen, a positive can-do attitude and the ability to develop a sense of community.

· Help develop and implement a comprehensive marketing campaign to attract new residents

· To include direct B2B marketing, on-site events & networking

· Give tours of apartments and community to prospective residents

· Assist prospective residents throughout the application process

· Assist in the enforcement of lease rules and regulations

· Collect rents and maintain minimal delinquencies

· Utilize software programs such as Microsoft office and One-Site

· Perform administrative tasks necessary to manage the office

Requirements

One must be analytical, organized, marketing savvy, possess superior communication and customer service skills, along with a positive can-do attitude.  This career opportunity requires a flexible schedule that could include some weekends. At least two years experience as an assistant property manager is preferred.
