The Courtyards Review - “treatment they offered me was superb”

Below Sussetty a past resident at The Courtyards talks about her time in these West Springfield Apartments:

“To whom it may concern,

My name is Sussetty and I used to live in one of your properties, The Courtyards located in 1139 Westfield Street in West Springfield, MA 01089 for a year from summer of '08 to summer of '09. I must say that words can not explain how they made my living experience in MA incredibly better and safe. Jennifer  (Property Mgr.) and Mike (Property Foreman) were extremely helpful in every way from adjusting to a new towns way of life to catering to my needs at The Courtyards apartment. Ms. Gannett went out of her way to always make sure I was safe and guided me on places to visit. Also, when she didn't hear from me for a couple of days, she would give me a call to make sure I was doing well. Mike was always available the times I had problems with the apartment and fixed the issues in a timely efficient manner. They truly cared for me and always reached out for me, that's why I always felt safe and knew they were there to help me the best way they could and they always did. The kind of treatment they offered me was superb and never had that kind of exceptional treatment before at any other apartment rental. If it wasn't because I had to relocate back to Jersey I would have stayed there for as long as they were there. The bottom line they are truly amazing great genuine people, miss them much!”
